Augusta, Georgia’s newest affordable apartment homes are NOW OPEN.

BREC Development is pleased to announce the grand opening of Archer Green Apartments, Augusta, Georgia’s newest multifamily community. The first phase of this project is now open and we are excited to welcome our new residents. The remainder of the buildings will be completed by November 2024.

Developed in partnership with Slokker Real Estate Group and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, this 240-unit, 3-story project is ideally located across the street from Augusta Municipal Golf Course and within walking distance to the Augusta Aquatics Center, Newman Tennis Center, and the PGA First Tee Augusta National Golf Course.  

Congratulations to our construction partner, Doster, on this beautiful community of ten buildings, with 24 units per building. Our appreciation also goes out to our other project partners including McKean & Associate Architects, Hillsman & Associates Interior Design Services, Synovus Bank, EMC, and SPM, the property management company handling leasing and community operations.
