Construction Timelapse for Edgehill at Southtown

The redevelopment of Southtown Court, a 22-acre public housing community, has been called home by countless families for more than 80 years.  This site is being transformed into a mixed-use, mixed-income community, while honoring the legacy of the Southtown Court families and positioning Edgehill at Southtown to be an integral part of Birmingham’s growing medical research district. Construction is slated to be complete in the Fall of 2024
