In-House Consultant
Tom has served as Finance Director for BREC with primary responsibilities in the areas of new deal processing, financial modeling, construction financial processing and operational financial management. He previously served as President/Owner of Dalton Financial Group, a single- family real estate investment and property management company, with responsibilities in the areas of new business development, property renovations, operations management and property management. Tom is a graduate of North Georgia College and The University of North Georgia with Bachelor’s Degrees in Accounting and Marketing. He also received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alabama. He has three children and enjoys working out, yard work and spending time with his family.
