Officials from the City of Augusta, Doster Construction, EMC Engineering and Developers, BREC Development, LLC and Slokker Corp. celebrate the beginning of construction on Augusta’s newest multi-family development, Archer Green. Working closely with the City of Augusta, Synovus Bank, Cedar Rapids Bank and Trust, and Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs made the development of this 240 unit affordable apartment community a reality. Leasing will begin in the Fall of 2024.
